If you do, I recommend the DailyMotion uploads since the colors aren't as washed out as the cartoons found on YouTube; I think whoever uploaded the YouTube versions only has access to worn copies of the film.

On YouTube you can find an absolutely dreadful English dub of Through the Looking Glass made by none other than the British Broadcasting Company from 1986, four years after the original Russian version was made. I believe it was a part of a larger Christmas program (if the random VHS cut from a live-action program into the animated film is any indication), but I cannot say if this dub was a standalone thing or part of an anthology of sorts; if the latter, it would at least explain why Alice has the voice of a 30-year-old mother who works a desk job.
