Connectivity is an issue, but mostly when you've got crossplay turned on. Their biggest sin is the way they limited personalizing our Dudes. I can get the whole "identity" bullshit they are selling, but come one, most of cosmetics could easily be shared between classes. And that's before we even talk about adding more gear.
Outside of that you're pretty spot on when it comes to bugs, because every time they introduce a new patch I shudder to think how many new ones it's going to bring.
I don't even know why they bother with PSTs anymore because not only does it (pointlessly) extend the time between every update but any feedback they might get is lost in the ether. Some of it might be patched in but the majority won't.
