Anyhow in the show the trainer has his work cut out for him managing a bunch of horse girls with their growing pains, having to come up with strategies that best suit their styles. He's the one who figured out Suzuka should be a front runner. He's the one who helped train Teio's endurance and McQueen with her strength training. He's the one who had to somehow fix the weird obsession Spechud had with Suzuka so they'd get their act together. He's the one who spent all night trying to find remedies to help Suzuka, Teio, and McQueen heal so they can race in time. He's the one who had to make the tough decision to allow his horses to continue racing even if they knew it would worsen their injuries.

All of that studying, work, training, most anons wouldn't be able to handle that workload. It would be very exhausting dealing with a stable of temperamental girls that are also crazy athletes with their own issues, each needing a separate type of coaching method. A trooper like golshi who just runs on autopilot with very little direction needed is the kind of rock that trainer-san depserately needed on his team. Daiwa and Vodka are also pretty self-motivated. But he still has to take everyone out on trips and feed them from his own pocket. Most anons would probably quit after a month even if they think the girls are cute
