Epi didn't even run the biggest trafficking ring, there are far older rings that have been in operation for much longer and are directly connected to the central intelligence agency. Stuff like "Project Delta" or the far larger "The Finders" trafficking ring that was actively covered up during the satanic panic and had opperations stretching from washington to london. Epi is a small drop in the bucket that the dissident right like to harp on because of his connections to Mossad, but the reality is high level individuals don't just stick to one ring or operation and that the vast majority of these rings are decentralised. No one wants to take these down due to how difficult it is to track all the middlemen and it benefits intelligence agencies more to track and deal with them directly for their own opperations.
