1 gram per lb of body weight
So I keep seeing this number around, 1 gram of protein a day per lb of body weight to see muscle growth.
I'm only 150lbs and this number is hard for me to hit daily. I mean I don't think I ever get to that but I am seeing improvement.
What exactly is that number then? is it just the optimum amount of protein you can take in, how big of a difference will it make if I hit this number?
