This sounds retarded but you're on right path. Realistically, governments will only push out a surveillance system like in China. I wouldn't bet too much on it because the ones who are truly addicted to internet are terminally shitposters, especially women, and they'll suffer most. Governments fucking hate everyone with brain, so they'll keep pushing AI slop, and monitor and ban all communities that are seen as threat by them, even ones that aren't politically motivated.
