Most recently, Valkyria Chronicles. Every fucking mission in that game takes AT LEAST a 90 minute time investment, usually far more, and if you lose you have to do it aaaaaall over again. That's not even counting the endless cutscenes and dialogue boxes. I got to mission 7, failed it, and decided life was just too short to keep playing.
