Considering Game Grumps was making money and Arin wanted to go corporate with it, I wouldn’t be surprised if some kind of NDE was drawn up at the time of the split. I mean Game Grumps was a joint venture, Jon probably hard part-ownership, so ideally they’d need to be some kind of official agreement made from a business perspective. This was around the time that a lot of YouTubers were pairing with networks like Maker studios and treating things like a business, and Jon and Arin were only in their early 20s. I wouldn’t be surprised if the goal was just to move on as quickly as possible and for both parties to stay quiet to help that.

How does JonTron even make money? It seems like he has a somewhat large staff for the type of content he does and still only puts out maybe 2-3 videos a year. Granted he still gets millions of views on them but surely the Raid Shadow Legends sponsorship money can't be enough to sustain payroll and the other overhead he has.
