They are making a huge mistake by continuing to not invest significant dev time into the leveling experience.
Updating Exile's Reach with Jaina & Thrall is not going to do anything. The new player experience is still completely terrible.
They should really consider investing heavily into overhauling the leveling experience so it feels like a proper rpg experience. Private servers are mogging the fuck out of retail on this front:
