Fine have a good idea that I never intend to make.

You do jobs for clients which involve an engaging and fun minigame that represents your trade, but your clients are all hot women who keep trying to pay for your services with sex rather than with money.
You have to balance the financial realities of your business against your coomer drive to see the sex scenes. The only way to unlock more extravagant sex scenarios and scenes is for your business to do well financially.
I like this concept because I hate gooners and coom games and I think creating a game where the incentives are in tension like this is at least interesting.
