I don't know the actual prices of my decks since I build from what I have and upgrade over time, but probably Shantotto. It's my newest deck, and it's mostly overpriced commons to hit four mana every turn.

Finally got to play Shantotto last night. I didn't expect her to be able to storm off with 4 mana spells, I got her power to 48.
