The PCB uses the switches being soldered to it to hold it in place, which wouldn't be the case if it was HE. So you'd have to come up with some solution to that. Nevermind everything else you'd need to change for HE.

Absolute dirt cheapest way would be to 3D print the case yourself (assuming you have access to a printer) and handwire it. Hand wiring is a pain in the ass though; I have plenty of PCBs I could sell that make building it way less tedious.
