I think it's doable. I'd need the SMT1 script, then I'd need to map out entire Tokyo metropolitan area, make WI for each and every demon, and NPC, the hardest part would be porting the Megaten RPG system, with XP, leveling up and so on, and then I'd need to make every location froom Tokyo fucked up post-timeskip. It's both easy and hard at the same time. You'd be able to play as either the protagonist or his eternal partner, of course. Maybe you'd like to step into Law Hero or God forbid - Chaos Hero's shoes?
You know, the biggest question is would this be more fun than playing the actual game? Probably not.
