He means that we should have armed them to the teeth from day one. 7 squadrons of f-16s with updated hardware software, training slots/mercenary pilots programs, some radar planes, A10 warthogs, dozens of Reaper drones, and the accompanying weapons systems, massive amounts of 3D printers and materials for 3D printed drones and munitions, fiber optic cable for fiber optic drones, massive amounts of ATACMS, not just a few, Tomahawk cruise missiles, full spectrum, comprehensive, SIGINT, ISTAR support, massive funding of Ukrainian defense industrial base, including tech knowledge for indigenous weapons systems development, thermonuclear weapons capabilities, strategic bombers, at least one of our carrier battle groups, ect, ect. It took me forever to even get Biden to lift restrictions on targeting inside Russia. And even then, they still left some restrictions (picrel).
