I decided to make some za mostly from scratch. For the sauce I got 4 tomatos and an entire head of garlic. Diced them in a vegetable cutter until they were mush. I decided to separate the excess tomato/garlic juice as I figured the sauce would be too soupy. Added a small amount of butter, salt, oregano for some more flavor.
