As long as you qualify for the requirements in the listing (e.g. CS degree, experience with Azure or whatever), then by just submitting application will freeze the PERM process for the pajeet that tried to steal that job.
Because the point is that part of the PERM the employer must PROVE that there is NO CANDIDATES in the entirety of United States for the position they are trying to give to the jeet and have him get a Green Card.
Your application alone fails the test - showing that there indeed ARE citizens in USA that are eligible for that position.
This is the point here where jeets try to run the interference, like they claim they're "competing" for the positions or other such bullshit that is a COMPLETE LIE.
Because what is happening here is that jeets have slithered into software companies and when they get into HR positions they start scamming the system and putting these jobs under the table so they could be given to jeets.
This is not about jeets being "better" or anything like that it is simply CORRUPTION and a MIGRATION PIPELINE RUNNING ON BRIBES
And you're throwing a wrench to the works. The jobs often are real and actually now that you've applied they pretty much have to interview you and you have a good chance of even landing the job now because they must look like they aren't discriminating against non-pajeets and try to use the system as illegitimate migration tool.
Basically you've caught them red-handed doing a migration scam and because they don't want to go to prison, its easier to just hire you.
If they don't, they open themselves up to a H1B lawsuit which could mean big payout for you and prison time for the jeet HR.
This is illegal what they do but they are PAJEETS they dont care, until the moment they are caught.
