I don't know if a tulpa is the right choice for me, I was thinking about creating or summoning something to force me out of all my bad habits, maybe some kind of being that would, idk, scream inside my head everytime I do something I shouldn't be doing, like watching pornography or eating goyslop.
Is it possible or even a good idea to create a tulpa to help me get shit done? Should I make an astral servitor instead?
