I mean, sure she changed the industry. Just in the complete opposite direction. She was very clear in what she wanted. To combat the "Male fantasy" remove games like Call of Duty, and replace them with intersectional representation, and non colonial themes.
Games like Concord, Redfall, Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Watch Dogs 2, are all games she praises as being the sort of titles she advocates for. These games all of course, flopped massively. The industry listened, and everyone who listened went broke.
