Oh she gets worse if you can believe it. She seemed to be mostly okay in the anime but she totally ruined the doctor's life in the manga (he's a psychiatrist and ironically he ends up working at the school Misaki is enrolled in, and Hitomi causes him to have a mental breakdown when giving therapy to Misaki)

Honestly yeah, its all fake and they only use men for resources. They see us as bags of money and in charge of fixing whatever stupid or pointless issue they find. And if they don't find anything, then they cause them or search for something to complain about. The author poignantly expresses through Hitomi the true evil of holes.

She does several times. Here's manga version where it expands on everyone's story and at the end of the manga her husband does find her wearing lingerie in a shared apartment with Satou, wearing a dog collar. Satou himself was just done convincing her to not ruin her marriage and got all the blame and pain, when she was fully at fault.

This is totally how I expect any relationship with Hitomi end up like. Gotta say the manga gets more based every minute, I fail to understand the hate for it
