I was one of those angry anons, and it was mainly because I didn't trust Capcom to not be lazy about it in Wilds. In Rise there were an increasingly large number of new armor sets that were almost identical between male and female. Magnamalo, Malzeno, Lunagaron etc, so I was fully expecting them to make every armor set fit both without looking good on either, thankfully I was wrong on that and we still have new bulky armors that look oversized on females and slut armors that look ridiculous on males.
They were lazy on some dlc/title update armors though, having just one unisex set which is a shame.

Are there going to be ANY pieces of Lagi or Seregios armor that will be worth using?
You can already pretty much say the weapons will be useless, and with layered coming there's no real reason to use anything other than artian bullshit
