Flu vaccine, worth getting?
Not an antivaxxer, not someone who's been wearing a mask for 6 years. I just can't seem to find any reliable data on its effectiveness in prevention and reduction of symptoms since most people don't get tested. Yes I know the cocktail changes every year based on the predicted variants. My mom had the worst flu of her life the one time she got the vaccine and so never took it again. Medfags please advise.
