The US army has made a "equal fitness test" for both men and women for combat roles starting this summer.
Let that sink in. A REDUCED standard so women have higher pass rate. Not even kidding, they even admit it in the video "The tests shouldn't be structured in a way that its unfair". Essentially biology is unfair because 44% of women failed the basic test compared to 7% of men. The US fitness standard to join is also one of the lowest in the world for the military so thats already an even weaker initial test.
