Is it fun for non-JRPG fans? I despise a ton of cutscenes and story, if all it shows is characters talking. Or every battle being a simplistic puzzle like in Persona. Or button mash "combat" like modern FF.

There's literally nothing Street Fighter/Capcom can do at this point that won't be excused or praised. Casuals worship it. The FGC is 85% Street Fighter worship. Hell, the "EVO Awards" thing that happened like a year ago literally just consisted of majority Street Fighter/SF6 cocksucking, while showing how no-one apparently knows about nor plays any other Fighting Game. I don't even know why everyone even pretends it's in the same realm as everything else. Street Fighter is not judged and treated like the others.
