So has anyone actually experienced any anti whitoid racism that actually bothered you? I've gotten the crossed arms and "SORRY WE FUURLL NO SORRY PREASE GO" at restaurants plenty of times but it's never really bothered me. It's their private business, they can reject whites if they want, I don't really think I should judge them. I've also never got "gaijin seat"-ed before, I find people usually sit next to me if the train is full. And I'm sort of a goblin looking weirdo, I'm not some chad.

Have things actually gotten significantly worse in the last couple years or is it just ragebait? I've still found Japanese to be extremely polite and welcoming if you just go to the places that don't mind gaijin that are decent enough at japanese.

I'm assuming this is a lot of people's first experience with a country that's sick of foreigners?
