when I worked in tech I was coding 6 hours a day and meetings for 2 hours.. the meetings were usually totally useless and could've been handled with a text or email..
most of the people there spend the whole day in useless meetings and are essentially worthless to the company. Basically 10% of the workforce does 99% of the work, I was one of the 10% just cuz what else are you gonna do especially in that environment
