This is the same people that removed dust2 from casual queue because most of the players preferred it just to accomodate the minority that wants to play in random maps and try to alleviate losing new players. GAAS features are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS for the benefit of the company, never for the player. So saying "look guys making a game is so complicated!" It's busllshit because what's really complicated for them is having a stranglehold on their playerbase
