The stage is built around the idea that 4 spawn points regularly puke out corrupted assholes that act as instadeath turrets for any op in range. They are supposed to die before they move from passive hp loss.
The problem is that higher ascensions massively scale up their max hp but don't touch hp loss. Turning said turrets into a run ending threat.
You will experience it in IS6 because it's coming back.
