Something I haven't seen people bring up yet:
Noelle's room is built from things Queen has seen her look up, right? Conveniently, at the end of her room is a "romantic" ferris wheel.
The only person she's rode a ferris wheel with is Kris, which is brought up a few times in the story now.
I think Noelle inherently treats ferris wheel rides as romantic in her mind, and its a huge clue into her true feelings, considering who she first rode one with. Not to mention the sheer cope from that conversation in Dess's bedroom. Toby is definitely planning something
