>It's mostly just genetics
Just like any hair and muscle physiology that isn't the androgen receptor? kek.

>Most people can’t be lean and big
This is pretty much all skill issues. A lot of molecules make you lean and a lot of them make you big, most people just don't have the skills to find any rarer than TRT or ozempig.

It's a combination of genetics/hormones/environment and anyone above Chud-tier bio research should know most "genetics" can be modified by some kind of environmental factor.

Did you guys read DWS's threads on Yamanaka factor modulation in /sci/? Because I did.

Did a deep dive on that shit and surprise surprise most of your "genetics" can be modulated with various random deranged China chemicals you can read about somewhere on PubMed, barring weird conditions where you're a null mutant for some receptor/enzyme/etc.

Easy example would be the thread in >>76399445 where apparently you can replicate the abnormal hair growth of RAS-mutated skin moles using hyaluronic acid and raspberries!?
