Hisoka himself claimed Kastro had a fair chance if he didn't freak out. He just got baited. I'd put him above most of the new nen users we've seen so far in SW, at least in terms of of combat prowess. Even a high ranked mafia enforcer like Hinrigh probably gets rinsed by Kastro.

Anybody got the timeframe from when he completed background designation docs to chapter release from last batch? We might be able to pull up a clear picture of when we're most likely gonna get new chapters.
