Why so many people pick electric shift over blik if they're squishy and bad of run away from enemy?

Sometimes I wish I knew why I keep getting rejected for havoc
>assignment is 40
>have true survivor
>not running a weird loadout. Standard taunt, branx, achylis single stubber loadout
Strangely enough It's also never h40 I get rejected from. It's almost always shit like havoc 24-35 that gives me rejections for some reason.
