A lot of generic enemies are Earth and that makes her a nice low effort farmer for me.
I've been three turning the shell node in Babylonia with her using my Johanna and borrowing a Castoria so I don't have to use the bond on my own one. And my SMelu is only NP1 at that. Her whole gimmick is that she has an abundance of NP sources, it's not surprising her damage output is meh.

Summer Melu is kind of an all in servant.
At NP1 she's cool, she's a looper that has escalating ATK and Crit on her NP so she is really good at brawling after NP spam for extra damage.
She CAN be an omnilooper and farm a lot of nodes, but she will struggle to do that consistently for a number of higher HP nodes if she doesn't have higher NP levels. But in that regard she takes a bit more investment. NP2 won't go as far as it does on, say, an Avenger or Berserker. So in a sense she's somewhat of an all or one kind of servant.
That said ultimately NP2 is just going to be better than 1, as always. If you like her and want her a bit stronger, sure.
