I would rather deal with some poor poojeet trying his best not to lose his job than laqueesha who can't be bothered to even be at the front desk. I stay at alot of hotels because of my job and most of the good ones are run by indians now anyway. The very few good ones that are not are high end hotels. Everything in between is horrible.
