She's obviously meant to pilot a goad deck (which is already an underpowered archetype that collects second place at best) but does it in the worst possible way. Why in the actual FUCK does this card let your opponents draw a card also? At best she's card neutral but it's actually worse than card neutral cause chances are the player with the biggest creatures you want to suspect/goad are already the furthest ahead and you're giving them more stuff. THEY ARE GOADED NO POLITICS REQUIRED THEY ALREADY CAN'T TOUCH YOU WHY THE FUCK ARE THEY BEING COMPENSATED WITH CARD DRAW?????

Also she's 4 mana for some reason with an attack trigger on a mediocre body that will die attacking into most players midgame.
