Save game after mechalucifer 3000 and reload to face Satan, gotcha. I had no idea Satan was in the game, that's kind of based and a genuine, nice surprise for me.
I also beat Beelzebub yesterday on CoV and didn't see Shiva, but I guess I just have to return there. Or maybe I don't even have the quest yet, I'll check later.Thanks anons, time to grind and kill Satan
