Eldar work for Inquisitors all the time.
Like, anyone in the Inquisition who isn't a crazed Puritan will likely at some point have worked with Eldar. The Ordo Xenos representative character on tabletop is literally carrying around a Shuriken Catapult she got after having trained and learned under the Eldar to combat Necrons.
The Inquisition is comically and purposefully hypocritical.
