I don't like how some marines are on arbitrarily larger base sizes. Terminators and gravis on 40mm, sure, but then you have phobos eliminators and sword brethren on them as well when they're in every way standard 32mm little guys (the sword brother in a crusader squad is on 32mm).

I spent last month assembling and priming 1,500 points of Eldar, and I also bought three Harlequin Combat Patrols.

So far, I have fully painted one (1) Wraithblade.

In my defense, all of my free time got fucked by a surgery and recovery, which was immediately followed by a family crisis I'm still dealing with. But the weight of my sin pulls at me. I have never had this many unpainted models before.

My first armies had 20mm square and 25mm round bases. I don't miss how cramped and difficult to rank up those were. Sisters on 32mm is overkill. If they'd stop posing everything in super weird wide squatting stances we wouldn't have so many issues.

Literally armies of surfs, voidmen, navigators, support and logistics crew make them possible.

A spacemarine is a military asset like a fighter pilot in the navy. You probably have at least 100 dudes to make sure they get where they need to be, have the appropriate resources and equipment and are fed the intelligence they need to actually be useful.

Pretty good considering I thought the narrative was getting away from us.
We seem to be pretty popular atm and the tides are coming back to us in the next couple of years as well.

My hopes:
-Destroyer line gets filled out with a lokust lord/lokust destroyer rework.
-Trazyn, Zandrekh and Obyron get new models and more prominent rules (Arankyr is a little too generic for it but he is also the only real triarch loyalist we know of)
-Deceiver gets a new model like Nightbringer
- Maybe a flayed lord or they extend the flayed one subfaction with elites/heavy support.

After which point its all just icing.

I dunno what it is but I think these look a bit meh.
Maybe it's the small heads + more slender bodies with thin waists.
I think the indomitus we got for 40k looks great as is.
Only thing I might do is to get some of these to use them for bits, like using the cataphracti shoulders and the loin cloths? on the indomitus armor to add some more detail.
Might even try combining the legs and hip plates with indomitus get more of a mixed armor look to make it seem like the terminators many millenia old and have been repaired by using other terminator suit parts.

Keep in mind they have superhuman reflexes.

Sure, a Crisis battlesuit should theoretically be able to take on a standard Space Marine just fine, or even multiple. But that doesn't take into account the marine's experience and reflexes, which would allow him to cut through dozens of battlesuits with ease.

Then who owns them? Because the Imperium is the indisputed most powerful faction of the setting, so if they have a million worlds, everyone else has to have much less. The Necrons might have as many worlds as the Imperium but they're divided and mostly asleep. The Tyranids don't really 'hold' worlds per se. The Orks might have as many worlds but they're even more divided than the Necrons and the Orks are a fucking joke even when they're united. Chaos might have gained some worlds but they're still mostly trapped in the Rift so they wouldn't have as many as the Imperium and they're also very divided. The Eldar have a pitiful amount of craftworlds, the Drukhari are stuck on Commorough, and the Tau have a laughable 300 worlds.

None of these factions are a threat to the Imperium.

Guy with the Revenant Titan here, need help deciding what kind of pose I should put him in. The previous owner built the feet flat so I can't do any flying poses, but I wasn't planning on that anyways. I'm not against there being non-Marines in SM armies, since we know they have armies of servitors, serfs, thralls, auxilia, etc. under them and sometimes they take to the field as well. I would not give them just IG infantry squads, since Ultramar Auxilia is only meant to be PDF (similar to any other chapter) and only time they'd fight with Ultramarines outside of Ultramar would be if the ones given over to the Imperial Guard happen to be in the same battlefield.

Head chaplain is Master of Sanctity while head techmarine is Master of the Forge. I imagine the captains are just administrative positions. Master of the Forge might handle the logistics of producing and maintaining equipment while Marster of Relics is in charge of chapter reliquary and Master of Arsenal of the logistics of arming the units of the chapter. Sort of how one officer might handle procurement of materiel (Forge) while another handles divvying it to troops (Arsenal).
