I'll be testing something I cannot just "erase marker with isopropyl alcohol" after this candy coat stage. It's to help keep it from chipping while adding a hard surface I can finish the model with.

To go about the deeper thing on the spiders, there's the other reason I want to do the grimderp style. I need to make the paint stronger and keep the limbs in place with the layers of glue I plan on adding.

Anons I think I discovered what style I might paint my Spiders.

>lots of topcoat/glue coats to hide imperfections with the models
>organic surfaces I can do random stuff with

I know it's a lot of work. the colors will be dark-ish, I have a range of old vallejo paints to work with before I decide what to order enough of later. I will use the neurolictor failure models as test models.
I'm glad I took my sweet time relaxing and researching.... (while waiting for the fucking mail to get here)
