How do I unlock this 8x10 head? It's the only good head she has and all it says is "Unlocked by comleting a challenge."

Every single Harlowe player online is using this head and it's obvious why. Nobody wants to play as an old ugly black lady. They could have hit it out of the park if they just made her look younger.
