Zonda is still worse. What she's doing is leading a genocidal cult with herself as their god. And the game makes that very obvious.

It doesn't matter what Zonda is saying exactly, look at what she is doing. It is the same in both versions, no matter how she tries to excuse herself. She's Demerzel tier bad, and the translation makes that more clear because the jap script is too subtle for the weebs over here.
