16 is a 6/10 at best. It's saved from being a worst case scenario purely by virtue of series leitmotifs and like 2 visually impressive moments. But you need to do more than jangle keys and play the music I member to be a good game

16 is extremely atrophied in comparison to the games it's trying to rub shoulders with, even without the Coughing Baby v Nuclear Bomb blowout that is comparing it to the worst DMC/platinum games. NuGoW has more depth of gameplay, and that bar is knee high in Satan's wine cellar
