Best i could think of is a girl on a wheel chair, now now bear with me. She has both her legs but cannot walk at all, due to a spine injury or something more severe if we wanna be more dramatic. Its hard to place her personality as most of the things are already portraited by the actual girls so i guess the easy way out would be to have a girl that is actually a handful because of her disability, always being rude to everyone, even those who help her out and would hate her time in the academy. Hisao would approach her in spite of that and try to show her that she's just like everyone else etc.
