Not when Magenta Horizon & Kunitsu-Gami exist but it's at probably 3rd, at least Top 5 (Shadow of the NInja Reborn, Shadow Generations, and Astro Bot are right around it).

There's better in the collection but shmups didn't come out great yeah. Beat-em-ups had it worse though, Fist Hell is ass and it's all there is.
