I will add, counting calories is the only way you can lose weight and keep it off, every fatty there is simply do not comprehend the energy that is present in the things they consume, speaking from experience.
You gotta start counting it, and thus, with time, learn how much calories/energy is in different stuff and with that knowlege see food entirely different.
