Someone posted this in a different thread but it was honestly interesting: why do people universally recommend the Px4 compact but never full? Assuming they're both LTTs, what would the practical advantages be for a shorter slide?

Why does everyone say to get the Px4 compact when the fullsize is only dimensionally longer on the slide? Honest question because there are the same people who post "why get a 43x when the 48 exists" and always point to the fact that a longer slide is the easiest part of concealment?
