DPS players play dps because mentally they are children.
They want to be the best and get praises for everything they do while not having any responsibility or spending any effort at all.
They feel like they are entitled to every single piece of loot over everybody else and have no idea what a team is
For a DPS player everybody else is just NPCs that are there to help them get gear so they can push out more numbers so they can feel better about themselves.
They only correct way to deal with them is to treat them like the mentally stunted children that they are.
