Congrats. Vulcan is a Juggernaut, so she has pretty high stats, tankier than Mountain yes. But be careful, Juggernauts CANNOT be healed by friendly units normally. Some operators like Bards, or regen effects like Perfumer's talent, Thorns the Lodestar's S1/S2, Angelina's talent, Yu S3's etc can steal heal them, but anything that heals with green numbers will not affect her. So she can only heal herself using her skill, you need to watch the uptime. She can be useful, but you need to be smart about her placement. She gets a free skin in a while as well I believe.
