Your 5.56 isnt going to be giving you that much lead from the bullet. Youre getting lead and heavy metals from gas because of powder and primers.
Unless youre shooting into your own watershed it is going to be near zero difference.
If you want to reduce lead/heavy metals you should be wearing a full face mask, using de-lead and shooting outside.
