I want to build a modular water-cooling system that I can attach different workstations/pcs/room cooling devices to.
In essence just a big radiator with a bunch of fans or something similar that I can run my loop through to cool my pc and workstations now and also far into the future.
Never done water cooling before, but I figured why go small when you can go big, so I have no prior experience beyond just building a pc and not being retarded (which might be arguable).
Now for my questions:
1. Does the pump matter? As in, since the bulk of it will not be sitting in the pc case, can I just get a really quiet, but efficient and powerful pump to move water around faster, or does it not matter/do diminishing returns kick in?
2. What budget am I looking at for a project like this? Assuming all the parts are expected to last for somewhere in the ball park of 10 years until serious replacement/repairs are needed.
3. Are there devices that you can hook up to the loop that you can use to make the ambient air cooler?

idk, normal people budget, I want to know first and foremost how expensive it is first.
