okay, at the risk of sounding like a total dumbass, what exactly is a gacha? people use that term all the time and it seems like theres not one clear definition. is it a style of game? is it a way to gamble? what is it exactly? even a google search doesnt give me a meaning that is congruent with the way people have used the word on this site. but more importantly, does that mean i HAVE to spend 60 bucks for the sexy booby lady outfit? thats lame :(

not him, but for me I read WAY slower than audio books progress, because I will sit and think about what people are saying. Audiobooks are a constant stream, while reading is more a stop and go thing for me. That's not to say that I can't read quickly, but I don't if the story is interesting. I suppose you could pause and rewind audiobooks too, but that's not how most people engage with it. As a result, I find I am way more engaged while reading than listening
